[s-cars] Leaky Coolant Reservoir

your hose clamps to. Over time this nipple comes loose and  the
tank leaks.

In my case the nipple came out of the tank  completely.

Recommended repair is to replace the  tank.

Our store stocks them (I was major surprised) and it wasn't that  expensive
