Ok, thanks for the replies, it is 10mm tri-square (12pt.).  Not an easy
piece to find.  The second and much larger PepToys had a 4 pack of various
sizes.  Nice excuse to did the 600rr out and make sure it still starts ;-)

Now, the six bolts are removed from inner side of axle and the large bolt
removed from the wheel hub.  I am trying to remove LH (drivers side) axle
with wheel turned all the way to the left.  It is very close to coming free,
but not quite.  Any tricks, am I missing something?
