[s-cars] Looking for a good S6 avant to buy

Matt and Matt-
There is a huge difference in size between a B5 S4 Avant and a C5 S6 Avant.

If the B5 S4 is too small, the allroad or S6 Avant is definitely a much
better choice- just
keep in mind that the C5 S6 is pretty rare and only comes as an automatic.

I'd personally go for the allroad- you get the 6-speed, much newer car, has
the same
tuning potential as the B5 S4, good size brakes already, huge fender flares
allow for
really large tires, nicer interior (arguably) than the C4 cars.

The pluses for the C4 S6 are that it doesn't look like an outback (referring
to the allroad w/o the full body paint option), the I-5 is a more reliable
engine and easier to work on, the great community here that has pretty much
BTDT on everything relating to the C4 S6 and they're all manual transmission
so no difficulty finding one with a stick.
