[s-cars] Rear brake saga - will the questions *never* end?

OK, thanks.  I got an answer off-list about the bolts - people re-use
more than once.  If I were rebuilding them myself, the kit would
indeed come with bolts (I read that in Bentley).  But Chris at Force5
is supplying me with rebuilts.

So far, so good.  Still no reply about the mirrors, BTW.
