Morning... need a laugh?
OK so this is on my 4kq, but commuting in to work 14 degrees with window
down is only 'fun' a few times. I skillfully spilled 16oz's of the
gooiest smelliest mostest nastiest disgusting caramelized milk flavored
coffee beverage right down my center console (last time I do anything
nice for da wife heh heh!). Oh joy! All over my twiceworn new slacks
to boot. Awesome. Car smells like Willy Wonka's Whorehouse 'O Fun.
Blech.
Sooo, genius me tries switches the next a.m., great, they work! *Down*
at least. SOOPER. Swap out a few switches I have extra with now frozen
wet fingers, nothing. Give up and take F150 to work. Spokane Jhose
alleged to arrive tonight for UrS not a moment too soon.
Last night I tried it again. Got passenger one up, cool. Driver's you
can hear the motor being 'actuated' by the switch (can hear slight click
/ clunk inside door panel), and the dome light dims when you depress it,
but no window action up nor down. WTF? Thought window might be frozen
but I'm able to grab it and move it up/down 1/8".
So then I figure I'll for once utilize the 'manual' crank-up feature I
see so many cars have for these instances. Where the F is it???? I
even stumped Rossato - not an easy / often feat! Soooo, F150 again
today. Good thing I haven't sold it for Jen's aunt yet I guess
(deceased uncle)...
Any thoughts appreciated, on both the manual up and / or my !@#$%^&
switch issue.
