[s-cars] Low Boost History

Hi again Y'all,

A while back my RS2ed urS6 lost boost.  Instead of maxing out at 
something like 27-28 psig it began to max out at 13-14 psig.  The 
engine otherwise ran perfectly.  No misses.  No stutters.  Smooth as 
silk.  Just not as much power as I was used to.

Since then the following has been done (not necessarily in this order):
1.      System pressurized - it holds pressure - no leaks of any significance.
2.      Pulled WGFV.  Cleaned it with carb cleaner and sprayed 
innards with kroil.  Reinstalled and boost was back to normal for 
about 5 minutes.  Then it dropped like a rock in the middle of a high 
boost run and has not returned since then.  New WGFV is on order 
(hasn't arrived yet).
3.      At this same time I pulled the lower WG hose from the WGFV 
plugged opening to WGFV to prevent an air leak and went for a 
run.  Still low boost.
4.      Later a stumble under boost developed.  I pulled the coil 
pack.  Plug boots showed signs of possible problems.  Two were brown 
rather than black.  I installed a spare set - used but good 
condition.  Stumble gone - good.  Boost still gone - bad.  Retorqued 
plugs.  They were not loose.
5.      Forge BPV pulled, cleaned, reinstalled.  No change.  Stiffer 
spring ordered (back ordered).
6.      OXS replaced (Bosch 13913).  Old one looked like it was 
probably the original one and was snow white and due for 
replacement.  No change.
7.      ECU pulled and replaced with a spare - no change.

OK, what have I overlooked?
