SJM did have a HOH rebuilt hose for sale on his web site.

That would be a good choice if you can't wait to rebuild your hose.
I think
the plan is to take old hoses as core and have them rebuilt.
I have assumed by starting this thread you already know the new part
cost
from the dealer.
