[s-cars] Serpentine Belt popped - do I need to take the front end

make doubly sure. if the serpentine tensioner fails, the serpentine
belt can chew through the timing belt cover and the timing belt.
that's when the fun begins, for fun being bent valves.
been there, replaced that...
