[s-cars] Serpentine Belt popped - do I need to take the front end

Dave warns:

> Yeah, I agree with Dave.  It takes about 15 minutes to do the serpantine belt, whereas the timing belt is a project.  If your serp belt broke, I'd just replace it, and make sure your tensioner is still keeping the belt tight.

make doubly sure. if the serpentine tensioner fails, the serpentine
belt can chew through the timing belt cover and the timing belt.
that's when the fun begins, for fun being bent valves.
