[s-cars] More Help Needed on Miss/Stutter/Power Loss

Calvin,

Had not thought of that.  Replaced it a while back, but perhaps it is
worth a shot.  Maybe I will wait for the "plug" issue to get
straightened out so that I can just connect up a generic sensor
without splicing again.
