[s-cars] Changes to the CPS Hall Sender (??)

Awhile ago, I was over on the S2 forum, trying to help them with CPS
info.
  I pointed them to the BBAutoMacao source that our GBs have used.  In
a
 development today, one of the S2 forum moderators says that :

a) the real Audi part (with the bracket) did indeed come at one time
with 
the CYHME301 sender (the same one in the GBs Steve Young and I (just 
Vancouver) did.  

b) now, he says, the Audi part comes with the CYHME56 sender mounted.

I don't know why there would be a switch to a different sender (other
than cost and availability)
