My coil failure started with similar simptoms as your car and would
misfire at sometimes any engine speed. I was able to fine the cylinder
number when it began misfiring at idle, by disconnecting the injectors
one at a time.
If you were in Denver I could help you with a temporary swap test. But
since I see that you are in MN, you should try some of your local s-car
owners. How about some help MN guys.
