Ingo;
This is not uncommon with the plastic crossover pipe and plastic intercooler
ends on the UrS6. I would think it would be darn near impossible with the
aluminium components on the UrS4. Slip a piece of suitably sized exhaust
pipe inside the plastic to strengthen it.

You guys! So Shawn calls me from the beach where he's vacationing
with his family. Car running like crap -- turns out the hose clamp
was tight enough to bend the boost pipe at the intercooler end (don't
ask me, I don't know how). And he was getting a piece of pvc pipe
from the hardware store to keep the boost pipe from collapsing
further! He has no internet service right now, so I hope all is
well. Wierd or what?
Any other suggestions?
Ingo
