Hello Jack,
Now that you have a list of the codes, clear them down with a VAG-COM or
ProDiag - if you haven't got access to one of these (they cost in the order
of $200 assuming you have the hardware), you will have to get an Audi dealer
to do it for you.
Use the car, exercise all the controls on the air con (up, down, vents, hot,
cold, etc.) and then pull the codes again. If you're lucky, only a few will
reappear.
Fix the problems indicated one by one. I would start with the central flap
(11.7), then the temperature flap (08.5, 08.7), etc.
See http://www.eveshamsquash.co.uk/audi/climate.html for information about
how to access and fix the flap motors.
If you haven't run the air con for a while, then the seals could have dried
out, and you will need to get a recharge, and maybe even get it inspected to
see if it is leaking.
It could be a big job - good luck!
Paul
