I had an E36 M3 and that car was awesome! Plenty of torque and power
and stopped on a dime. A real enthusiasts car. It takes some serious
mods to any Audi of the same vintage to match the performance.
But...when I drove it I felt like a tool. I always hated BMW drivers as
I thought they were snobby pricks. The shame is they are really nice
cars. I just couldn't "connect" with the car, I always felt like I was
/borrowing/ some elses ride.
So...I went back to another Audi. I paid $12k for a 16 year old Audi
Coupe with an AAN that will keep up with an E36 M3 but doesn't handle as
well or stop as well AND doesn't have A/C (yet)!
I must have lost my marbles...
