[s-cars] Ignition woes yield spare part

I have an unused/untouched new POS that cannot be returned (source's 
rule on electrical items).

Paid $167 plus shipping, will take $100 (plus shipping) to help offset 
the cost of my $700+ nightmare.

I don't mean to break the "for sale" rules of the list but you folks are 
my only possible customers and it is a one time blow-out offer.
