[s-cars] A/C strength, 93 S4

I recently had my A/C recharged. It seemed to make no improvement. So, for
those of you that have a 93 S4 (or similar), what should I expect?

The A/C barely keeps up when the outside temps are 95-105. It will take
about 5 minutes to get cool air out of the vents when the car has been heat
soaked in 100+ degree sun.

Any Arizona or New Mexico owners with experience/suggestions out there?
