[s-cars] A/C strength, 93 S4

I know I used Duracool on my '92 S4 3 years ago and it is still working
great.  No license needed to buy and it is cheap.  I just added it to the
existing R12.  It mixes fine and has the same or better cooling capacity.  I
hate R134 systems...the damn '01 A6 I have barely keeps up on 100+ days.
