[s-cars] installing a hybrid turbo

MTM stage II+ (sold by hoppen motorsports as hoppen stage II+).

so it's got the chips, 3 bar pressure transducer, and RS2 exhaust manifold.

i can't complain about the stock turbo.  it was making quite a bit
more boost than stock, and it lasted 137k miles.  now it's time to
put it out to pasture.
