[s-cars] Rusty Rotors

Just start driving.  The first few brake applications will take care 
of the rust for you.  Maybe it might be best to avoid heavy traffic 
and extremely high speeds for a few stops.  Then, when you have a 
chance, get out and do a quick visual inspection to be sure that all is OK.
