[s-cars] NAC- need advice on photo workstation, RAID and some other ???s

I had this debate a few months ago and opted for an external NAS RAID
solution.  I bought the 2TB version of the ReadyNAS NV which is basically
a slick embedded linux server with true hot-swap drive trays (4).  I'm
running mine in raid5 mode.
