Folks,
I am about to start testing Ms.Stinky for leaks in the exhaust tract. I
intend to disconnect the MAF hose in the front and plug it with the
"toilet cleanout Audi special tool" ™ as well as both tailpipes in the
back. I will be supplying the air pressure through a tyre valve in one
of the rubber cork stoppers in one of the tailpipes (thank you Uncle
Bob, for the idea!). Now... I vaguely recall that I am supposed to
disconnect the 19mm crankcase ventilation hose at the front of the head
and plug the whole.
1. is this correct?
2. why do I have to do this?
3. which hole? The one in the hose or in the nipple in the head?
