Sounds like you've got a disconnect between the intake manifold and the ECU. Check that line, especially around the little canister behind the plastic firewall cover... where the POS's are tucked away.

Still having what feels like overboost / limp home
mode at WOT.

Pulls great the first time you hit the throttle, the
second (and susequest) times, it will go into limp
home.

Vag-Com: NO CODES (not while driving, nor at idle,
nor at rest).

Since December:
New timing belt
New Serp Belt
New water pump
Mew CPS
New Engine Speed Sensor
New O2 Sensor (3 wire generic)
Almost all clamps replaced with heavy duty version
(Breeze or NAPA Heavy Duty)

Tested with known good:
MAF
Intake Air Temp Sensor
Coils and boots
POS' / PSO's

Cleaned:
Intercooler
Airbox
Throttle
All ignition electrical connections under hood

No boost leaks, all parameters on Vag-Com within
specs.

What else can cause this?
