[s-cars] UrS6 CD Changer How-To - CD000ERR Resolution

Today I got the dreaded CD004ERR message when I tried to spin up some tunes
on the UrS6 for the morning commute. I pulled over to check the changer and
found the cassette loose in the box. The velvet smooth roads up here must
have knocked it loose - go figure. The error wouldn't reset after I
re-inserted the cassette, so I pulled the unit apart tonight to remove the
stuck CD. All is back to normal and I put together a photo "how-to"
detailing the process. If anyone wants a copy, let me know.
