[s-cars] Help! Bad CPS - Dealer quote

If you remember my car died on me last week and wouldn't restart.  I had to have AAA drop it off at the dealer since my independent mechanic's lot was locked.
 
Dealer says it is the CPS and is quoting me 4.5 hours to replace it (they have to remove the belt).  My independent mechanic says 30 mins.
 
Which is correct?  Dealer labor is $132 US an hour.
 
....Of course I bought 2 sensors in the GB.
