[s-cars] Mintex Red Box Brake Pads

The last set of pads that I installed did not have the tapped holes for 
the anti-rattle springs and I had to do that myself.  I think that you 
can install the pads without the springs, but you will likely get 
rattling of the pads when driving over rough roads.  I have a write-up 
for the pad installation if interested.
