With the obvious, I assume you mean t-stat, water pump,
roller/tensioner. I would also replace the crank bolt and inspect the
key in the harmonic balancer. You may want to consider the s-belt
tensioner, but this is easily done at a later date.
Also, not so obvious is the small coolant hard line that runs from the
turbo along the front of the engine, there is a short piece of rubber
line that is worth replacing.
Why not do the crank and cam seals? The cam seal can be easily done
without special tools, the crank seal is a little harder but doable.
