[s-cars] Trailing Arm bushings

I'm assuming you are talking about the front control arm?
Here's my spin on the topic:
Replace the hole arm. The control arms are now $89 each from Blau, and include swaybar bushings. Why bother replacing the bushings, only to have the ball joint potentially fail in the very near future? It just isn't worth the effort.

I would also suggest that you replace both at once. The job isn't particularly difficult... and takes no specialized tools, compared to pressing in new bushings.

Also, be sure to order the small sleeve that goes over the control arm mount bolt at the subframe.
That's my .02.

Subject: [s-cars] Trailing Arm bushings

I need to replace the driver's side inner trailing arm bushing. I decided that
I would buy 2 bushings and do both sides to keep things even, but can anyone
suggest a method to press the old one out and the new one in that does not
involve removing the whole trailing arm and taking it to a shop? Is there a
tool I can get to do the bushings without removing the arms?
