Douglas,
in addition to what others have recommended I'd strongly advise you to 
replace the third seal where the propeller shaft flange goes: 017-525-275-B

I am very sorry I didn't do it while the differential was on the bench.

Also keep in mind that the diff housing does not have seal stops 
machined in it. The side seals will go all the way into the housing if 
you are not careful. Measure the depth of the original seals before 
removing and sit the new ones at precisely the same depth.
