A direct replacement for the HKZ101 and also another
one for the 2AV54 are available from:  www.cy-sensors.com

There are some similarities but also some differences between
these two parts in the photos and drawings at:

They also have a New York rep listed at:

No knowledge of the quality, and they are apparently of Chinese
origin.  The company does seem to provide a reasonable level of
engineering support based on the websites.
