[s-cars] STILL no heat!!!!

Ok, this is getting old and the pregnant wife is getting a little tired of heating the car with the heated seats. I replaced the heater flap motor and also the vacuum actuated valve and I still have no heat coming through the any of the vents. If I put the fan on the lowest setting the air comes out warm but if I raise it at all it turns to cold. What else could cause this? Any help greatly appreciated.
