About six hours, no cutting, gotta move the PS cooler (I take it that
this is not that big of a job?)

OK... you're confabulating the best of both installs. I cut the bumper,
they didn't. I did not move the PS cooler, they did. So the method you saw
pics of is different than what I did. Also, I seperated the bumper skin from
the aluminum bumper, and I don't think they did on theirs.

That about right? Is that from fully-assembled to fully-assembled, or
is that from "bumper cover off" to "ready to put the bumper cover back
on"? It only makes a difference in that it sounds like a job that
could be undertaken in a set of days after the kids get put to bed -
after all, it's not like all the boost will leak out if you leave the
system open overnight...

OK... It's clear that "witnesses" (Pizzo) seem to think it is fairly
involved, and it did take them some significant time. OTOH, I started mine at lunch
time one Saturday, and then I drove it out to dinner that night. So there
is a large variance.

Bottom line... it isn't a technically elaborate job... cutting, fitting, and
fabing some brackets.

Some pipes, some elbows, some CT clamps - sounds like fun. Sorta like
a bolt-on. Do people remove the stock IC? Or just leave it?

It must be removed, because you'll need the space for your plumbing... from
IC to TB hose. I thought it was fun, but I'm not normal.

Got any installation pictures of your D.I.C.K.?

Sorry, I never kiss and tell.

Dave
