[s-cars] hardwired v1...and turbo upgrade

Did a simple google search on "Dean Ferrera V1 install" and got this
link back - http://www.elektro.com/~audi/v1/

Enjoy. I also hacked up a V1 remote display and installed it into my
instrument cluster. I went one step further and solder in a pigtail for
the mute switch portion that gets cut off, and wired that out to a
momentary push button to retain a remote mute switch. Wired the V1 via
the headliner/a pillar trim to get rid of the light power adapter cord,
tucked the V1 up behind the mirror, with just the rear laser window
peeking out on the passenger side, so the whole thing is pretty discreet
from inside the cabin and from the rear. Not much you can do to hide
the unit from being visible through the windshield.

Good luck with your install. Very worthwhile.
