As someone mentioned, your symptoms are of a leaking (internally) check 
valve.  It could be the servo too.

Not worth changing the bomb IMO as, also mentioned, new ones can fail 
and dealers are not backing them up.

If you ever do need a bomb due to nitrogen pressure loss, I hear someone 
is recharging these for $79 plus core.
