I could not get by with only a CB. In NJ/NY/CT/DE/MD/etc., where they run
unmarked cars with instant-on radar in the oncoming lanes and then pull a
u-turn across the median to come after you (I only read about that, and only
read how you get off at the next exit and then back on again), there's just
no way a CB will help with that.
But if the V1 beeps a few times when he sprays radar at the guy 1/2 mile
ahead of you, you have a chance.
Both are optimal, but if I had to choose I'd take the V1.
