Give yourself a good 8 hours to do this job.  Just kidding... it's  about a 5 
minute effort.  I've heard of some folks whose WG caps were  seized on, but 
I've never run into this myself.  While in there, you can  look at the 
diaphragm to see if it is intact.  I've never seen a bad one,  but others have.
