Yep, and the supplied postal code was off, but a quick search found the
right one. The address supplied is the main address for the Timiskaming
19th Native Reserve on the Northern Québec-Ontario border. A good long
trip North of Toronto!

Since that area is generally jokingly referred to (at least in Québec)
the same way Americans refer to certain parts of the deep south (queue
the banjo music), I don't see too many Audis being up there. There are
few paved roads on the Québec side (I was just blown away the first time
I drove in Northern Québec and found that a major provincial highway
marked just one step below a full double lane super-highway on the map
was just a potholed gravel track through the woods), and a high
suspension is really needed most of the time.

Here's a MapQuest link for the provided address:
http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?formtype=address&addtohistory=&address=70%20Rue%20Ontario&city=Notre%2ddame%2ddu%2dnord&state=QC&zipcode=J0Z&country=CA&geodiff=1

And here's the correct full mailing address that most Canadian
Government (Post Office, Police) will have in their databases:

   70 Rue Ontario
   Notre-Dame-du-Nord, Québec
   J0Z 3B0

Best bet would be to try and reverse the payment through his bank, and
failing that to call the Québec Provincial Police and see if they can do
anything. Having a photocopy of the person's actual license should
help. Problem is though, if the person lives on the reserve then the
local police probably can't touch him, and the reserve police (if they
have any) are not always terribly effective. Start with the Quebec
police and go from there.
