[s-cars] Rear caliper question

They sure look like the right ones from the picture but the application
notes don't list the AAN's and if you look in ETKA, the AAN's have a unique
part number, different from the non-Quattro's, I just checked again to make
sure.
How do I know they're different? I recently replaced a sticking right rear
caliper and discovered someone before me had installed the wrong carrier,
which I suspect was from the models listed in the eBay offer. I must say
from the pictures on eBay it sure looks like an S4/6 caliper/carrier, but I
wouldn't chance it if I were you, they specifically say it's for FWD
applications only. In my case I suspect (but can't prove) that the
incorrect carrier was causing the piston to bind, but since I had already
bought the caliper I replaced it anyway, along with the correct carrier.
I bought a brand new right rear caliper at Autohaus (www.autohausaz.com)
recently for $155 shipped (not including the carrier bracket), it was only
after I bought the caliper that I realized the carrier may have been the
culprit. Chris Semple at Force 5 and others have rebuilt calipers with
carriers for around $125, they'll be the correct ones for the S4/6. I
bought the correct carrier separately and everything works perfectly.
