I'm running MRC stage 1 and peaked at 26lbs boost and 710N holding up just
fine - jinxed it now!

If you have the N version, you have the right one. I had problems, but
then again, I'm running MRC stage 1 with 22 lbs of boost.
There was a fairly detailed article (I forgot the source, maybe Audiworld)
on BPVs, and the 710N tested well (in reality, as well as the maintainable
valves such as my Stratmosphere) but it doesn't necessarily have the life of
the maintainable valves. I figured, for the cost of (2) 710N's, I could have
one Strat and be done with it.
