[s-cars] Still need help with running issue.....

So Far:

Tested (with known good parts):
PSO's
Coils
Computer
MAF

Replaced:
Spark plugs
Cam position sensor (while I was doing timing belt)
By-pass valve
Oxygen Sensor
Spark Plug Boots
Engine speed sensor

Checked:
Wiring for coils
No Boost leak

Ok, I have run a Vag-Com check on the computer ~12
times in last 3 months.  Nothing has showed up engine
related until this past thursday:

00513 Engine Speed Sensor 528 27-10 Implausable Signal
Intermittant
0537 Lambda Regulation 11-10 Control Level not reached
- signal intermittant.

Pulled engine speed sensor and found that metal cover
had become seperated from rest of sensor.  Replaced
with new.

As I had just replaced the o2 sensor and used butt
connectors, I figured I had a loose connection. 
Removed butt connectors, tinned wires together and
retaped.

Now runs fine at all throttle positions except under
full throttle where it behaves like it is in the "limp
home" mode.  I had a friend ride in my car and what i
thought was a slight miss for the last three months
was the limp home mode.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
