You are so right about this list. I have learned a ton, and I was a
member for about 6 months before I bought my S-car. The issues with
these cars are not so very different from the other Audis of that
vintage, except for some notable systems like ignition...
That having been said, you mention a symptom and a remedy. I have the
"brake light on for thirty seconds" thing going, and I did the bomb
test and got over 23 pedal pushes (lost track after that.)
Flushing the hydraulic system - I just happen to have some hydraulic
fluid lying around, unopened, and was planning to do this job. Got a
how-to or BTDT that I can read/follow? I don't want to get into it if
I can't do it right.
