Let me put it to you this way- I'm not trying to argue:

If you're spending multi thousands of $$$ to build a high hp engine, would
you rather save $500 and risk failure?

Is anyone running Eagle parts in NHRA Pro Stock or other really high hp
applications? Carrillo are _good_ rods. If you have a failure with them,
it's
most likely not the rod's fault. Eagle, I don't know- I don't trust Chinese
steel, sorry.

Read SVTperformance and there are known failures with Eagle parts.

Not engines grenading, but rods bending. Stock Audi rods are pretty good,
though.

If I need to put rods in one of my engines, it's not going to be Eagle-
Carrillo is
on the short list.
