Now hold on, here.  I'm not accusing Alex of anything.  I'm not saying
*in any way* that this particular deal is a scam.

What I *am* saying is that I've got a problem with this kind of deal. 
I don't like them.  That's it.

To set the record COMPLETELY straight:

Alex is perfectly honest, and several of you have told me exactly
that.  And I believe you, 100%.

I am uncomfortable with the stated terms, due to previous experience. 
This *does not* imply that Alex is a crook or a scammer.  It
*explicitly* states my personal preference.

If there has been any misunderstandings on my position, I take full
responsibility for not being clear in my writing and intent, and
apologize for not throwing in the appropriate disclaimers.
