Nokian WR, I swear by them. I have had them on two SUV's, my wife's
Honda minivan and even the company F150 "peekup".
Excellent wet traction, great snow traction, decent mileage, not the
cheapest though.
It is one of the only all-season tires with the Severe Service rating.
This means it is actually a genuine ALL season tire in that it can
handle snow.

I was willing to pay a bit more for a tire that I know will handle the
occasional snow. One fender bender due to poor snow traction quickly
diminishes any savings gained by getting a lesser tire.
