Jim,

I was the one with pinging, and in case anyone missed it the pinging
went away when I removed 034motorsport's 1.9 bar wastegate spring.

Corrected a couple minor problems and tried the 1.9 bar spring again
and was quickly welcomed with pinging.

So to summarize, Pastore's code mix works fine my new 3071 garret
turbo, but it does not work well with the 1.9 bar spring.
