Yeah, except when it comes to any other kind of "impact".... tech at 
work with the 14.4 3/8 impact had it fall over (not off) his box, and 
the handle separated itself from the main body.  can you say cheap 
plastic?  He's hoping for warranty coverage.

..and how many times have I knocked my Makita over?

Calvin: remember that it takes MORE torque to loosen a fastener than to 
tighten one.  Also, these manufacturers probably get their claims from 
running unrounded, well lubricated, brand new fasteners with fresh 
batteries... then they add a few pounds....
