has to be "relative" as, IMO the ventilation and fans in that place well err
.... neither suck nor blow very well  :-)
 
That's probably not as significant with a car as over-intercooled as Hap's
but with lesser, more mortal beasts, I think heat soak and cooling the
charge air has got to become an issue if you are talking any amount of time
on the dyno ...
