Ron,

The only "kit" I know of that uses the 993t caliper and rotor with the RS2
bracket is BIRA System5.  But none of us BIRA guys are going to just give
you the dimensions of that hat to copy because that's BIRA intellectual
property and we've all signed a document agreeing to not distribute any such
information.

I suggest you join BIRA and buy the hats.  Cost isn't crazy, just covers the
costs.  See www.bira.org.
