Craig,

Was this an aftermarket ignition switch. I've been advised that this is the
one part to get from dealer. Had similar problems till replaced by dealer
supplied part.

The last couple of days my car has been difficult to start. Specifically,
the ignition switch (replaced three months ago as a PM measure) will not
engage the starter sometimes. When this happens, there is a slight buzzing
sound down around my left knee as if there is a relay trying to work. After
a couple of attempts, no buzz, starter cranks. Any advice appreciated.
