The 200s have a check valve at the fuel pump. It is supposed
to keep fuel and fuel pressure up in the line. When it fails, the
fuel seeps back into the tank, and it takes the pump a while to
refill the lines. But the check valve is usually replaced with the
fuel pump.

The injectors themselves can also leak, allowing fuel to seep
out over time. Again, it akes a while for the pump to refill the
lines.

Those are my two guesses.
