No.  They are physically different.  The appearance is so different  
there is no
need for a part # check.  The 100 will have a triangular ear that  
protrudes on
the flange, the S4 is essentially round, fits in a round hole with a  
generally
symmetric flange.

If you see something about 100 compatibility, that may refer to euro  
models,
but not the US version V6.
